We got some solid pine drawers from an architectural salvage yard, and because of their sturdiness, we were able to build a loft bed out of them!
The hot tub is an inflatable one from Amazon, and was super easy to install. It plugs into an ordinary 110v power socket, and heats up to 104° fahrenheit.
This small space, wedged between two Victorian buildings in San Francisco’s Hayes Valley, was never even noticed until we put a little hot tub, a hammock, and some plants in. Now it’s one of our favorite places in the city to hang out.
